Marilyn Walker School of the Fine Arts

The Centre houses Brock University’s Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts (MIWSFPA), and a new Niagara Centre for the Arts (NCFA). The project entailed both new construction and a complete renovation to The Canada Hair Cloth Building. Constructed in the late 19th century and situated on the bank of the Welland River, the industrial heritage provides unique architectural features that preserved the newly renovated building. p2i was hired for the initial planning phases of the project.
