The alterations planned will provide up to 160,000 sq.ft. of space. Heritage aspects of the existing building facade will be incorporated in the planning and design of the facility. This building incorporates aspects of WELL building construction. The two main components of this facility are the i) innovation/ engineering spaces that consist of state of the art incubation spaces, water laboratories and human robotics lab spaces and ii) the health and wellness spaces which are consist of medical admin spaces, psychiatry offices and approximately 15,000 sq.ft. of medical clinic spaces and exam rooms.
