We are proud to define ourselves as a boutique firm, operating with a staff of under 15 full-time employees. We specialise in the delivery of one service; client-representative project management. The size of our company allows for internal mobility amongst our employees; calling on them to perform tasks outside the scope of their traditional roles.
This promotes employee retention, and allows employees to grow with the business, testing out different roles on projects and learning from practical applications. We remain agile, constantly evaluating and reassessing our methodologies and business practices to adapt to new technologies to streamline our services. We use our certifications and training as a regulatory framework, ensuring all critical project management aspects are adhered to, but, we expand beyond the minimum requirements to adapt to any given project.
