The project included the preliminary design and new construction build of miscellaneous office space, refurbishment of existing buildings, a 65,000 sq. ft. research facility, redevelopment of the 218 Acre property to support dramatic planting and “sustainable and leading-edge” innovation in food and flower production; and the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. green house and dry lab facility.
