The project entailed various  major components along the busy thoroughfare.  The work stretched approximately 2km on either side of the Civic Centre. Being a high-profile project, p2i strategies was mandated to ensure the City of Vaughan was informed on any potential risk and schedule delays and provide risk remediation alternatives.
