Marilyn Walker School of Fine & Performing Arts & St. Catherines Performing Arts Centre

The project entailed both new construction, demolition of existing downtown buildings and a complete renovation to The Canada Hair Cloth Building, heritage fabric in the heart of St. Catharines.
